Telligen is pleased to welcome Teresa Titus-Howard as Vice President of Federal Health Solutions. Teresa will be responsible for managing some of Telligen’s federal health solutions and brings with her a wealth of expertise as Telligen continues to expand its east coast presence.  

Ms. Titus-Howard joins Telligen with over 25 years of diverse health experience and expertise in the healthcare delivery system and orchestrating public-private partnerships. Prior to joining Telligen, she worked for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in several different capacities including; the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Innovation Center and the Consortium for Quality Improvement Survey and Certification Operations. Within these roles, her responsibilities included healthcare policy, data analysis, strategic planning, contract oversight and management of multi-million dollar budgets.

In her new role, Ms. Titus-Howard will have leadership responsibilities over a portfolio of Telligen’s federal health solutions, including strategic planning, account management, operations, solution development and client satisfaction. Ms. Titus-Howard will be based in Telligen’s Baltimore location while leading teams residing in Telligen’s other office locations across the country.

Teresa Titus-Howard is also a sought-after speaker at both the local and national level and has received a number of awards including CMS Citation Awards in 2009, 2010 and 2012. Ms. Titus-Howard holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs and Administration, a Masters of Health Administration and a Masters of Social Work all from the University of Missouri.
