Telligen is excited to announce its fourth release of updates and enhancements to Qualitrac for 2021. Our clinical and technical experts work year-round to maintain and enhance the product. This continuous effort is one of the reasons why Qualitrac is the preferred population health management application nationwide among government agencies, employers and health plans.
Enhanced Data Management Capabilities
We have expanded our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) product to support additional standard data formats on claims, provider, eligibility, and transmission files into our Qualitrac data format lowering our implementation costs and timelines. We have also added capabilities via a new EDM Dashboard & Alert module for continuous monitoring of the incoming and outgoing files to know processing was completed as expected as well as notification of the appropriate support team real-time for any failures.
Enhanced PASRR Reporting
The Volume and Detail Report now tells users why an evaluation did not occur for situations where a PASRR Level II assessment was identified but subsequently did not occur.
Improvements to the Review Coordinator Performance Dashboard
We’ve made improvements to this reporting function that gives users more information on reviewer productivity and activities completed in Qualitrac. Users now have access to stats pertaining to reviews completed, review outcomes, and time spent on cases from an aggregate level down to a detailed listing level.
Performance Improvements
- Care Management Report Load Times: Performance improvements to report response time on the Care Management Dashboard
- Provider Summary Page Load Times: Faster loading for Provider Summary pages
- Improved Validation and Messaging:
- Additional system validations and improved messaging back to users when searching for a member using invalid information
- Standardized validation messages back to users on the Member Hub
- More informative messaging when trying to send correspondence to members with incomplete address information.
