Assessment Management Enhancements
Virtual Teams Integration – New capability allowing users to schedule and conduct assessments through Microsoft Teams, regardless of geographical location, with integrated calendar management and comprehensive reporting for virtual versus in-person appointments.
Resource Library Enhancement – Users can now send educational materials as email attachments via the correspondence panel, with automatic activity tracking in both Activities and Correspondence panels.
Intelligent Scheduling System – Enhanced scheduling functionality with automated timeslot management, configurable assessor availability, and improved appointment rescheduling features. The system now includes customizable options for timeslot duration, availability timeframe, and maximum travel distance.
SNA Acuity Tool – New Skilled Nursing Assessment (SNA) Acuity Tool that enables assessors to evaluate member service needs, including recommended hours and visits for generating recommendation letters.
Skilled Nursing Assessment Request Portal – Implemented new assessment request functionality for both members and providers, including type selection, submission process, and status tracking.
Utilization Management Enhancements
508 Compliant Letters – Enhanced PDF letter generation with accessibility tags and proper language metadata, supporting ongoing compliance with Section 508 requirements.
Enhanced SmartDoc Processing– Improved fax automation processing system with enhanced document handling capabilities, including improved patient and case matching algorithms, enhanced file validation, and patient identification protocols.
Auto Authorization Updates – Expanded business rules engine to include additional auto authorization configurations, including new Psychological Rehabilitation rules.
Death Date Notification – New functionality for Hospice reviewers displaying alerts when review or service end dates extend beyond member death dates.
Connect Portal & Mobile Enhancements
Registration Enhancements – Phone number is now an optional field on the Connect registration page.
Core System Enhancements
Notes System Modernization – Comprehensive update to the Notes panel including security updates to separate sensitive and non-sensitive notes, with standardized note types across all Qualitrac modules.
508 Compliance Improvements – Extensive accessibility updates across multiple modules including Care Management, Assessment Management, and Member Hub panels, featuring comprehensive JAWS screen reader support and enhanced keyboard navigation.
Reports & Dashboard Enhancements
Scheduling Dashboard Updates – New Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking business days per confirm cycle and average time to confirm appointments, with improved data integrity and faster load times.
Reports Landing Page – Enhanced navigation and filtering capabilities, including the ability to organize display of favorite reports and filter by category.
