The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded Telligen, in collaboration with prime contractor Guidehouse, as recipients of a five-year task order to provide data validation and auditing services for clinicians participating in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) track of the Quality Payment Program (QPP). 

Telligen has significant history auditing federal inpatient and outpatient reporting programs, and our employee-owners are experienced in reporting requirements, measure specifications, back-end data sets and scoring calculations. 

Telligen will execute data validation and auditing services including:

  • Developing Risk-based Audit Methodology and Selection Criteria 
  • Developing Sampling Plan 
  • Conducting Audits 
  • Communicating Results with Clinicians 
  • Providing Audit Completion Reports
