Assessment Management Enhancements
Virtual Appointment Management – Enhanced calendar integration with automatic Outlook appointment removal upon cancellation and improved rescheduling workflows, including proper handling of virtual meeting links in member communications.
Outreach Attempt Logic – New intelligent contact management logic that tracks member outreach attempts per contractual requirements. Includes automated letter generation for cancellations based on member communication preferences.
Automated Correspondence – Automation of cancellation letters based on member communication preferences. The system now sends notifications to both members and providers when cases are cancelled, with configurable delivery methods based on user preference and opt-out status.
Assessment Auto-Save Functionality – Implemented periodic automatic saving of assessment data to prevent work loss and improve user experience during lengthy assessment sessions.
Enhanced SLA Tracking – Updated service level agreement (SLA) logic using appointment confirmation timestamps for more accurate due date calculations and improved compliance monitoring.
Skilled Nursing Assessment Portal Enhancements – Enhanced SNA request functionality with updated benefit type selections, PAR expiration date validation, reschedule and cancellation reasons.
Utilization Management Enhancements
Provider Information Display – New comprehensive provider details interface showing provider types, specialties, and credentials directly within the selection workflow for improved decision-making.
Auto Approval Business Rules Engine – Expanded auto-authorization capabilities to support scenarios where clinical criteria does not apply, or is bypassed, offering greater flexibility in authorization workflows.
Date Validation Updates – Modification to system constraints that enforce alignment between Prior Authorization (PA) request timing and Outcome Start/End dates. This change will facilitate more flexible date assignments for various authorization scenarios. This enhancement will provide greater operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate controls for authorization management.

508 Compliance Improvements – Continued accessibility enhancements across multiple modules, including AI-assisted compliance verification for code improvements.
Documentation Updates – Comprehensive updates to user guides and new tip sheets added to the Knowledge Center for improved user support.
Reports & Dashboard Enhancements
Assessment Management Reporting Updates – Implemented comprehensive dashboard reporting capabilities for monitoring performance metrics and compliance. This enhancement provides daily updated metrics including assessment turnaround times, completion rates, and scheduling statistics to support operational oversight and contract compliance.
Connect Portal & Mobile Enhancements
Biometric Data Management – New administrator features for managing biometric data uploads, including date specification capabilities.
Account Management – Implemented new user account controls including account deletion functionality and improved profile management features for the Connect portal and mobile applications.
Exercise Backdating Rules – Enhanced display and clear messaging to users regarding backdating limitations for exercise activities and challenge participation rules.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation – New enterprise-grade security feature providing enhanced authentication options including authenticator apps and phone-based verification, with comprehensive management capabilities now available for both web and mobile interfaces.
Correspondence Visibility – Enhanced Connect with the addition of emails to the existing documents table for Skilled Nursing Assessments. This gives members visibility to all correspondence within both the portal and member app.
Multi-Factor Authentication for Connect
