Utilization Management Enhancements
Admin Days Logic Update – Updated logic for calculating and applying Administrative Days according to client-specific requirements. This ensures accurate handling of admin days, improving operational efficiency and compliance with client needs.
Medical/Eligibility Coverage Check API – Implemented a new API endpoint that checks a member’s medical and eligibility coverage in real time. This feature enables a smoother authorization experience and prepares the system for FHIR integration, enhancing workflow efficiency.
CRD Provider Search/Lookup API – Introduced a new API endpoint for provider search and lookup, improving data retrieval and supporting more efficient workflows. This enhancement saves time and reduces errors in provider data management.
Transmission File Modifier Logic – Updated processing logic to correctly handle billing modifiers, ensuring accurate and consistent processing of Qualitrac request records with modifiers. This reduces downstream exceptions and improves data integrity.
Eligibility Comment Field Requirements – Updated data requirements so Eligibility Comments are no longer required when the member’s Medicare Indicator is “Yes.” This change reduces unnecessary data entry for users handling Medicare-eligible members, improving efficiency.
Assessment Management Enhancements
Rescheduling Metrics on Scheduling Dashboard – Updated the reschedule report on the Scheduling Dashboard to show reschedule timing metrics. The report shows when requests to reschedule appointments occurred, broken down into categories like same day, 1–2 days prior, 3–5 days prior, or more than 6 days prior to the appointment. This helps users better understand rescheduling patterns and improve scheduling efficiency.
Secondary Language and Assessor Qualifications – Implemented a new feature for assessors to indicate which types of assessments they work on and any secondary language they speak to their Qualitrac profile. This information will be used to ensure that appointments are scheduled with qualified staff, improving appointment satisfaction and reducing no-shows.
Appointment Attendees Notification Opt Out – Implemented functionality for respondents and case managers to opt out of receiving SMS and email notifications for assessment management cases. This gives appointment attendees more control over their communication preferences and ensures compliance with consent requirements.
Care Plan Status Automation – Implemented automated status updates for Care Plan problems, goals, and action items that are in progress when a member disengages from a care management solution. This enhancement reduces manual effort by automatically transitioning these items to the appropriate status based on defined rules and will be used to demonstrate compliance during audits.
Connect Portal & Mobile Enhancements
Biometric Data Reporting System – Developed comprehensive biometrics reporting capability with filtering options for client data and vital statistics. This allows users to generate detailed reports on biometric data, aiding in better health management and decision-making.
Core System Enhancements
Manage Users Page 508 Compliance – Level A – Updated the Manage Users page to meet Section 508 Level A accessibility compliance standards. This ensures the page is accessible to users who rely on assistive technologies, promoting inclusivity and compliance with accessibility regulations.
Eligible Member Tasks 508 Compliance – Level AA – Updated the Eligible Member Tasks section to meet Section 508 Level AA accessibility compliance standards. This ensures all users, including those using assistive technologies, can fully access and interact with member task features, enhancing usability and compliance.
Member Search 508 Compliance – Level AA – Updated the Member Search functionality to meet Section 508 Level AA accessibility compliance standards. This ensures users relying on assistive technologies can effectively search for and locate member records, improving accessibility and user experience.
Immunization Panel 508 Compliance – Level AA – Updated the Immunization Panel to meet Section 508 Level AA accessibility compliance standards. These improvements ensure that immunization data is fully accessible to users who rely on assistive technologies, promoting inclusivity and compliance.
