Telligen is proud to announce that we have been appraised at level 3 for Services based on the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration, building on our existing maturity level 3 rating for Development. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that offers the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve performance.

This impacts the work that we do providing federal health solutions to 24 national programs and developing software and systems, such as Qualitrac, Telligen’s proprietary population health management application.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that our processes are well characterized and understood; they are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Telligen’s set of standard processes has been established and improved over time. Simply put:

  • Our work and processes have received the highest form of third-party validation.
  • We take a proactive and proven approach to managing projects and processes.
  • We’re dedicated to continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.
  • We’re committed to providing high-quality service to our customers.

“This benchmark appraisal is an indication of Telligen’s commitment to delivering services and solutions that are aligned with and measured against the highest quality standards, by teams who are dedicated to continuous improvement,” said Bruce Grotenhuis, Telligen Vice President of Federal Health Solutions. “When customers work with Telligen, they can be confident that efficient, proven, and consistent processes are in place to ensure on-time, quality deliverables, every time.”

A CMMI appraisal helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of an organization’s processes and to examine how closely the processes relate to CMMI best practices. It provides reliable, clear, consistent, and actionable focus on performance improvements that will have the most impact on the business and help build and improve capability.
